A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending The Beach Boys 50th anniversary concert at the Bangor Waterfront, and suffice to say, the nearly two hour long performance was absolutely magnificent in every way imaginable. Sure, I could sit here and ramble on about the stunningly pitch-perfect harmonies, Mike Love’s painfully inept stage banter, or the transcendental experience I had witnessing Brian Wilson perform ‘I Just Wasn’t Made for These Times,’ but why do that, when you can literally watch my soul leave my body, enter the ether, and return again through the wonders of digital photography.
